(The Act of the Ministry of Justice of the Slovak Republic on legal fees and compensation of costs for attorneys in provision of legal services, as amended). The following rates are calculated: full, half, one third, one fourth, and two thirds. Unless stipulated otherwise, the tariff value means the amount of any monetary payment or the price of the thing or right in respect of which the legal service is provided, it is determined in the beginning of provision of the legal service, the price of the right means also the value of a receivable, the value of an obligation, and the value of a thing, the title to which is the object of dispute or delivery of which is subject to the court litigation. The calculator is determined for: - attorneys, according to the Act No. 655/2004 Coll. - legal entities, according to the Act No. 655/2004 Coll. - individuals, according to the Act No. 655/2004 Coll. Court fee The court fee is calculated by the application according to: The Law No. 71/1992 Coll. (Slovak Parliamentary Law on court fees and fee for an extract from the Criminal Register, as amended) and the related tariff of court fees. The fees charged in civil court proceedings: 6% from the price (payment) of the object of proceedings or from the value of the object of dispute, however, minimum EUR 16.50, maximum EUR 16,596.50, in commercial cases maximum EUR 33,193.50.
